Beet Smoothie Recipe:

Beet smoothie, which contains mostly red beet, is known as its’ power of cleaning blood and liver. This recipe also strengthens the immune system, provides easy digestion as well as throwing away the edema by the parsley.

It’s worth trying this beet smoothie mostly because it tastes like strawberries and looks like a yoghurt!

While you’re preparing your smoothie, you’ll feel very advantageous by means of both health & flavour because beet is the best cure for many desease.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr red beet (boiled is preffered)
  • 1 sweet spoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 100 gr strawberry
  • 100 gr yoghurt
  • ¼ parsley bunch
  • 10 gr fresh ginger                                                   

You can start with boiling your beets. Breeze them as little bites after scrubbing or peeling the red beetroot. Then, wash the strawberries and cut it on the half. Filter the water of yoghurt and breeze the fresh ginger as little bites. Extract the parsley bunch. Take all, yoghurt, parsley, lemon juice, red beet, strawberry and ginger, to the blender cup. Liquidize all the food. Serve without hold.

Spinach Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful spinach
  • Parsley
  • ½ green apple
  • ½ lemon juice  
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 sweet spoon of wheat grass (is not must)
  • ½ tea spoon of ginger powder

Another tasty and healthy smoothie! Preparation process is very easy. Liquidize all the food in the blender cup. Serve without hold.
